If you truly want to take your running to the next level, this is the program for you. In addition the the Running Coach program, the Running + Mental Skills Coach program includes bi-weekly mental skills training exercises designed to help quiet the negative chatter in our head, build confidence, and gain a competitive edge.

Youth Running Coach
If your child has expressed interest in running, their middle school or high school coach should be their first resource. However, I’m more than happy to provide consultation on such things as mental skills, summer training, weekly mileage, strength training, nutrition, and so on.
